The North Bank Park Pavilion may be rented daily from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm except for certain City holidays when the facility is closed. Please include rental time to allow for catering, set-up and tear down activities, as such time is not provided.- This facility has a four (4) hour minimum rental time.

All fees must be paid in advance in order for a reservation to be made. Alcohol Use If a customer wishes to have alcohol served during their event, they must obtain an "Alcohol Service Agreement: from the CRPD; Permit and Rental Services Section. As part of the "Alcohol Service Agreement", you will required to pay a one time alcohol privilege fee of
$150 in addition to the rental fees. This must be done in person at our office located at 1111 East Broad Street, and the customer must be at least 21 years of age and have identification in the form of a driver’s license, or a State of Ohio ID. Conditions for Alcohol Use The customer must hire an "Approved Beverage Contractor" for the service of all alcohol at your event. The list of approved beverage contractors is maintained by the CRPD: Permit and Rental Services Section. A copy of this list is available upon request. Alcohol may not be sold at events (no cash bars). Tickets may not be sold for events providing alcohol. There can be no collecting of money or tickets in association with a rental of the North Bank Park Pavilion or plaza
areas. Discounts A discount is provided to any non-profit group with proof of their current IRS letter showing them to be a valid non-profit organization in good standing. The discount is ten percent off of the regular fee. Amenities Tables and chairs are provided; advance table and chair set up is included if customer includes a sketch of lay out in advance; Plaza area can be cordoned off for guests only to use, which includes fountain; dock access can be arranged for events needing access to the river.
