 | Park of Roses 3901 North High Street Sites are reserved in two (2) hour intervals: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The cost is $300.00 for each two (2) hour interval which includes electricity and access to one (1) changing room. Effective June, July, and August 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. are not available on Sundays due to Department programs. Available Sites: Site A: Wedding Pavilion (White Gazebo) ONLY 20 chairs are provided in this area. |  | Site B: Wedding Mall (Trellis Area)
ONLY 50 chairs are provided (a total of 100-150 can be placed in this area). If you need additional seating, it is your responsibility to contact a chair rental company. If you rent additional chairs they must be dropped off at the north end of the shelter house and arrangements made for their placement and removal within your paid permit time. Chairs may not be stored in the building or left at the site after your event. | 
| Site C: Wedding Gazebo (Brick) ONLY 20 chairs are provided (additional room for standing). Also, the bleachers can be used which have the seating capacity for 200-300 people. |

- Please be advised the park is open to the public at all times and you are renting only the specified site area. Therefore your permit is issued only for the time and site stated. The enclosed shelter house, if available, can be rented as a rain back-up site.
If you rent the shelter house as a back-up site only, and it does not rain there are no refunds. The enclosed shelter house rents for:
$45.00 per hour, Monday thru Thursday $50.00 per hour Friday thru Sunday A two (2) hour minimum is requirement. If you wish to reserve the shelter house, call 645-3337 - You must adhere to your scheduled hours. All special preparations must be handled within these hours (i.e. if you arrange for rental chairs or any special setup, they must be removed before the time your permit expires). This includes any personal directional signage or markers you place in the park.Please use birdseed in place of rice and biodegradable balloons (these items are less harmful to wildlife).
- No vehicles are allowed in the Rose Garden (cars, limos, horse and carriage, etc.). Vehicles are only permitted on the service road to the shelter house for loading and unloading. At all other times, vehicles must remain in the lower parking lot west of the shelter house.
- The person obtaining the permit is responsible for group's conduct and respect for the facility. All groups must abide by all Recreation and Parks rules and regulations and Sections 919.01 through 919.99 of the Columbus City Codes. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park at any time.
- One small dressing room is provided at the site and may be used only for your paid permit time.
- Rehearsals must be scheduled with the Recreation and Parks Department Permit Office (645-3337) at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the wedding. Only one (1) thirty-minute rehearsal per wedding is permitted. Rehearsal times when available may only be scheduled Monday through Friday.
*Note if requested time is not available you will be notified and required to select another time. - A $25.00 fee will be charged for any cancellations. The entire amount will be forfeited for cancellations made within less than eight (8) working days. In case of rain, no refunds will be issued.
These sites are reservable seven (7) days a week, April 1st through October 31st. PLEASE NOTE: Chairs inside the shelter house can not be taken outside for additional seating for your wedding. If you plan to bring additional chairs please contact our office at 645-3337 at least eight (8) working days before your scheduled date so we may notify our attendant prior to their delivery. |
