Adults perform shallow water exercise under the supervision and guidance of one of our instructors. This aerobic class is of medium intensity and works all areas of the body. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome. Leisure card is required for all participants. Tuesday: 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM 50 + Water Aerobics
