The Planning, Design, and Construction Office is responsible for park and facility planning and design.  They are also responsible for:

• Recreation & Parks Comprehensive Master Plan Development
• Parkland Acquisition
• Contract Administration with Contractors and Consultants
• C.I.P.Funding & Implementation
• Design and Construction Document Preparation
• Construction Administration and Observation
• Property Management
• Greenways and Multi-Use Trail Planning and Development.
• Public Interaction and Involvement 

Directions to Office:

• From I-71, exit on Greenlawn Ave., turn east, office is approximately ½ mile on north side (just before the bridge)
• From South High Street, turn west on Greenlawn Ave. cross over bridge. Office is 1st building on right (north).
