If you are 6 years or older you need a Leisure Card, a photo ID, to gain admission to our swimming pools and recreation centers and for participation in our programs. 

Get your Leisure Card at any recreation center or The Columbus Aquatics Center.  Applications are processed from 4 - 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday.

There is a cost of $1.00 for each card.  The card is good for 1 year. 

ID Required

Identification is required to receive a Leisure Card. The following forms of ID will be accepted: 

Ages 6 -17

Ages 18 or Older

Driver's License
State I.D.
School Photo I.D.
Current Employee Photo ID
Current Military Photo ID
